Hello Everyone! My name is Chris Evans. I want to take a moment to welcome you and introduce myself and to give you a little knowledge of what we are about.
I created Kansas City Art World as a small window into the Kansas City art community. I wanted a way to have those who love, support, and create art locally to have a way to connect with eachother and with others around the world.
Our objective here is to give everyone who wants to be apart of the Kansas City art community a more intimate way to do that. A space where artists can gain inspiration and connect with eachother and fans.
Art and the way it is created is always evolving and forever changing along with the way we experience it. What makes Kansas City Art World unique is in the way you will experience and feel included in the art community. I'm not just interested in selling art but also to give everyone the feeling of being apart of the whole experience.

More about me personally...

I am an introvert with many passions in life, number one above all else is my family. I have two amazing and extremely creative children along with a very supportive and loving husband. My second passion is ART and DESIGN. I love all mediums but I myself have only dabbled in acrylics, water color and sketching with graphite and charcoal along with the good old fashion number 2 pencil. I have also dipped my toes into Interior design. I have always had a love for art since I can remember. Learning about it, talking about it, creating it. I love knowing and understanding what inspirers those to create such amazing things. The majority of my friends and family are artists in their own rite. Growing up in what use to be a small town, the art community seemed to be closed off and some-what hard to connect with other artists. This is what lead to the idea and creation of Kansas City Art World but the art community in Kansas City and it's surrounding areas has come along way.
